The PURPOSE of Maysville United Methodist Church is to boldly, with great expectations and faith, come together in unity and love to glorify, praise and worship our true and living God. We further PURPOSE to provide a compassionate place of healing and refuge to all peoples. Our minds, our hearts, and our doors will be open to all people with spiritual, physical and educational needs. We shall reach out to make disciples for Christ and help them to understand themselves and their relationship with God; that they might have the opportunity to make other disciples within our church, our community and our world. We shall provide an atmosphere of family warmth in our church, as we cross into tomorrow, to witness (of) and lift up Christ that HE might draw all men to himself.
